"The Climate Collective is group of students, staff and administrators focused on leading the district’s efforts to respond to climate change. The Collective can do this by advocating for sustainable policies and practices throughout the operation of the district. As leaders of an educational institution, the Collective can also work to ensure students are learning about environmental issues and how to respond to climate change in our collective practices."
Graham Clark, FUHSD Superintendent
Who are we?
The FUHSD Climate Collective is an environmental action committee which establishes collaboration and accountability between all FUHSD stakeholders and works towards a more sustainable future for the district.

Our Mission
The Climate Collective works to vision the future of Environmental Literacy/Sustainability and Climate Action in FUHSD for the next few years through:
1. Organizing FUHSD Earth Day in Spring 2026 as a showcase of existing classroom projects within and across disciplines that feature students, staff and other stakeholders
2. Analyzing and finding ways to reduce FUHSD’s carbon footprint
